- Our phones work in 3 easy steps:
- Guests pick up the phone and listen to your custom greeting message instructing them to leave a message after the beep.
- Guests start recording their message.
- After recording they hang up the phone and the message is saved.
📌 All orders are always packed securely in shipping boxes. Paper Cut Design Shop will not be liable for any delays or damages to the package caused by the shipping company or if its lost/stolen and any other factors occurred during shipment of your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for any international custom duties, tax and fees.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No exchanges, returns or refunds for custom and special invoiced orders.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, kindly reach out to us. Returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. All items returned is subject to 20% restocking fee.
- You have 24 hours to cancel your order from the date of order processing. Please contact us if you like to cancel.
